  Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

Responsibilities & Context

Safe ICT is looking for smart, punctual, Highly potential & dedicated person , should be able to identify and resolve clients queries and complains in a professional and timely manner.

• Responding to client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Continuously access and improve customer support process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• To meet up in door problems eg. Preparation Bill, Quotation and others document.

Office Hour: Saturday to Thursday, 9am to 7pm
