Responsibilities & Context

Field based and this role offers a dynamic opportunity in the poultry feed industry including excellent prospects for growth, leadership, and work-life balance.

• Oversee poultry feed sales performance and maintain up-to-date dealer insights.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports and forecasts to the designated supervisor or sales coordinator.
• Enhance dealer profiles and support strategic dealer development.
• Identify potential market gaps and promptly communicate them to the supervisor.
• Map and engage with farmers and dealers, ensuring comprehensive after-sales support for both.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, addressing feedback related to feed products and services.
• Provide detailed feedback to the supervisor regarding current and future market conditions.
• Submit monthly performance reports on feed sales to the Head Office. Lead marketing initiatives such as SGM events, seminars with farmers, retailer meetings, and multimedia projector-based promotional activities.
• Record and report on farm trials, ensuring timely submission to the supervisor for poultry-related evaluations.
• Coordinate with logistics and depot teams to ensure smooth and timely dispatch of products.
