Experience

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Agro based Startup

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in Agro industry (freshers with passion and drive may apply).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, reporting tools).

Responsibilities & Context

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the agricultural sector.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distributors.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and market visits.
• Provide feedback from customers to management for product improvement.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and market intelligence.
