  • Excellent analytical ability, interpersonal and leadership skills are required for the position.
  • Teamwork, problem-solving, learning agility and strategic mindset is expected for the position.
  • The incumbent has to be very proactive and dynamic in nature and possess go-getter attitude.Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills are required.
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent math and computational ability Freshers with excellent writing and communication skill and motivation to work in insurance sector are encouraged to apply Candidates must be proficient in riding a motorcycle and hold a valid driving licence

Responsibilities & Context

  • Achieve divisional bancassurance sales targets (premium, policy count, revenue).
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities within partner bank branches.
  • Drive cross-selling of insurance products through bank channels.
  • Lead, supervise, and monitor performance of Relationship Officers
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of partner banks (Divisional Heads, Branch Managers, RMs).
  • Ensure high engagement and motivation levels among bank staff.
  • Resolve escalations and service issues promptly.
  • Organize product and sales training sessions for bank employees.
  • Ensure continuous activation of branches for insurance sales.
  • Promote campaigns, contests, and incentive programs.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with underwriting guideline
  • Monitor policy issuance turnaround time (TAT).
  • Coordinate with operations, underwriting, and claims teams.
