- The incumbent has to be very proactive and dynamic in nature and possess go-getter attitude.Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills are required.
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent math and computational ability Freshers with excellent writing and communication skill and motivation to work in insurance sector are encouraged to apply Candidates must be proficient in riding a motorcycle and hold a valid driving licence
Responsibilities & Context
- Achieve divisional bancassurance sales targets (premium, policy count, revenue).
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Identify new business opportunities within partner bank branches.
- Drive cross-selling of insurance products through bank channels.
- Lead, supervise, and monitor performance of Relationship Officers
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of partner banks (Divisional Heads, Branch Managers, RMs).
- Ensure high engagement and motivation levels among bank staff.
- Resolve escalations and service issues promptly.
- Organize product and sales training sessions for bank employees.
- Ensure continuous activation of branches for insurance sales.
- Promote campaigns, contests, and incentive programs.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with underwriting guideline
- Monitor policy issuance turnaround time (TAT).
- Coordinate with operations, underwriting, and claims teams.
