Plan management; plan implementation

Lead daily meetings, share targets, and conduct strategic meetings.
Plan and conduct market visits with ESR to monitor stock levels and fill gaps.
Visit core shops, take orders, and share DSR reports.
Visit dealers for stock refills and negotiations.
Support core shop owners and OSRs.
Analyse sales and stock data, review ESR reports, and monitor daily target achievements.
Resolve market issues, identify work gaps, and ensure adherence to sales standards and transparent transactions.
Apply for, set up, and maintain displays according to company standards, including price tags, backboards, POPs, banners, hanging flags, light boxes, canvases, KT boards, counter atmospheres, outdoor advertisements, exhibition stand images, etc.
Regular travel to market locations.
Flexible hours, including occasional evening meetings.
