Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience

  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Group of Companies, Automobile, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Motor Vehicle body manufacturer

Additional Requirements

  • Age 26 to 33 years
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales marketing with distribution management in lubricant industry.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
  • Monitor and ensure the sales team meets their individual and collective targets.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Expand the territory’s customer base by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Ensure effective market penetration of Benzol Lubricants across retail, wholesale, and industrial sectors.
  • Appoint and manage distributors and dealers in the territory.
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews of channel partners and provide necessary support.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels and smooth supply chain operations.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of Sales Officers.
  • Motivate the team to deliver exceptional performance and achieve sales objectives.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and address challenges.
  • Drive branding and promotional initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Organize customer meetups, product demonstrations, and promotional events in the territory.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and dealers.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Monitor competitor activities and report market intelligence to the management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical sales practices.
