Responsibilities & Context
Lead the team to achieve Sales & Distribution targets.
Train the team to meet performance expectations.
Build strong relationships with the Distributor, Key Retailers, and cross-functional teams.
Implement RTM guidelines (Retail Expansion, Productivity, Training, Record Management, Discipline).
Execute National & Regional initiatives for growth and strategic goals.
Track Distributor ROI.
Ensure effective execution of merchandising through proper planning.
Design and implement events and activations in the territory.
Identify opportunities, monitor competitors, and share market insights with regional and central teams.
Take proactive steps for sustainable growth and target achievement.
