Territory Officer – Agri Outputs
Location : Bogra & Jessore
Salary Range: 15,000-20,000

Responsibility:
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management.
- Engage with sellers to facilitate product sales in the local market.
- Establish new sourcing partnerships for key agricultural products, including vegetables, paddy, wheat, and maize.
- Compile and present daily sales reports, highlighting current sales figures, prospective sales opportunities, and strategies for expanding the client base.
- Take the lead in marketing strategy development and execution within designated areas, aiming to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess sourcing partnerships, identify growth opportunities, build relationships, and monitor competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities to enhance solutions, improve the overall customer experience, and implement necessary changes.
- Oversee the logistics of product distribution, ensuring seamless communication with buyers to guarantee successful consignments.
Requirements:
- Qualified individuals from reputed universities. Preferably, commerce or science background.
- 1-2 years of work experience.
- Proven negotiation skills, and influencing abilities.
- Strong numerical and analytical aptitude.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects
- Good organizational skills include prioritizing, scheduling, meeting deadlines, and time management.
- Motorbike & Smart Phone: Need to have own motorbike and smartphone.
