With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a motivated Territory Retail Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving sales, managing retail operations, and training Vivo Brand Advisors (VBAs).

Position Overview:

As the Territory Retail Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing retail operations, improving sales performance, and conducting training sessions for VBAs to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell Vivo products. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions for VBAs on new product features, sales techniques, and brand messaging to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Develop training materials, presentations, and resources to support VBA training initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate VBA performance and provide ongoing coaching and support to drive continuous improvement in sales performance and customer service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share in assigned territories.
  • Manage relationships with retail partners and stakeholders to ensure Vivo products are prominently displayed and effectively promoted in retail outlets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to identify opportunities for sales growth and improvement in retail operations.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, training activities, and retail operations to management.
