Responsibilities & Context

  • Driving primary and secondary sales in line with the company’s growth target.
  • Managing distributors through providing support in distributors’ business planning and execution.
  • Leading, developing and monitoring distributor’s field force & Sales Officers to ensure sales target.
  • Ensuring the product availability and visibility through flawless execution of trade and merchandising activities in the market.
  • Driving the Basic Sales KPIs of individual and Team.
  • Ensuring world class customer service and drive innovation in the marketplace.
  • Developing capability of Sales Officers through planning, preparing of calendar and coaching (Classroom & On the job).
