Additional Requirements

Systemically drive and grow new sales outlets and distribution channels to sell our rice products.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule of the assigned territory.
Actively explore the Distributors, Retail & Wholesale market of commodity products and onboard in the territory.
Ensure services and retention of the channel onboarded.
Ensure the growth of sales and capture the market.
Lead sales team with regular monitoring, follow-up, and cross-checking of the sales target.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and coordinate with cross-functional teams (CFT) and LM for optimal availability.
Collaborate with team members to achieve the best results.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
