Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a young, dynamic, hardworking, good market knowledge & self-motivated Territory Sales Manager who has experience in LED Light sector. This candidate should have at least 2-5 of proven experience in sales LED Light, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
Achieve monthly sales target. Distributor & Dealer management. Flied force monitoring. Collect orders from all the retailers of the assigned territory. Build a rapport with the retailers and allied professionals. Update in on regular basis and forward it to Head office before month closing. Visit different industries & factory. Maintain stock at distributor point for all items. Inform supervisor /warehouse, if stock is below the minimum level. Forward product requisition to the head office seven days before the delivery date. Prepare and strictly follow weekly route plan to maintain the stipulated work. Communicate with the supervisor in case of any change. Initiate, maintain and update outlet list of the territory (incorporating like name, address, category, telephone number and business profile etc.) for each outlet and for records of each visit, gather market data, understand industry trend and accumulate in depth product knowledge. Keep superior informed of any flied problem/difficulties and records all companies, suggestions etc. by retailers and uphold to superior. Inform customer about trade activities in timely manner.
