  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Goal-oriented with a proven track record in achieving sales target. Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities & Context

Walton Digi-Tech Industries Ltd. is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to join our Plaza & Distribution Channel. The ideal candidates will leverage their sales expertise and strategic skills to develop Distribution networks, drive product sales, expand distribution channels, and foster business development in assigned territories.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and establish partnerships with distributors in the assigned territory and make a plan to achieve the given target & ensure total collection.
  • Monitor and evaluate dealer/distribution performance, providing support to improve sales and operational efficiency. Conduct regular visits to potential partners to ensure proper alignment with sales goals.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing and operation management to ensure smooth execution of plans and campaigns to increase product visibility, awareness, and marketing activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, dealer progress, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the product team for continuous improvement of our product line.
