Responsibilities & Context

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach revenue targets.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor sales teams to achieve their goals.
  • Coaching and Training: Provide ongoing coaching and training to improve the performance of the sales team.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and persuasively with distributors, customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, deals, and pricing effectively.
