Job Responsibilities:
- Achieving total value & volume sales target and ensuring optimum product’s distribution & visibility.
- Performing primary sales order management and verifying secondary sales.
- Preparing periodic sales report from automation and analyzing performance against program to determine their effectiveness.
- Monitoring distributors’ stock and investment, ensuring timely payment from distributors to company.
- Ensuring numeric distribution & find new outlet with addition in SPA (Sales process automation).
- To train the Sales Officers & Senior Sales Officers to their daily activities and communicating with the subordinates, retailers and distributors about all promotional schemes.
- To ensure team co-ordination & resolve any problem between team & distributors.
