Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare an action plan to achieve monthly sales targets of the territory.
- Assist in appointing new distributors and help weak distributors in developing sales.
- Supervise and monitor the Sales Representatives (SR) to achieve their daily target.
- Monitor daily orders and deliveries through digital sales application.
- Focus on new customer development and retention of existing customers to achieve sales growth.
- Prepare the reports (e.g. sales report, target vs. achievement, memo report etc.) and submit it to the Regional Manager (RM) on a regular basis.
