    Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Paint, Cement, Steel

Responsibilities & Context

  • Find traders with good reputations and appoint them as dealers or channel partner for gap/ priority markets
  • Establish sales target with dealers and ensure achievement
  • Recommend market development action plans for designated area/ territory
  • Ensure proper visibility of the company’s POSM and outdoor advertisements including signboard, shop branding, billboard, building painting, wall painting, etc.
  • Continuously monitor competitor activities and report to senior management
  • Ensure optimum customer service through professional handling of complaints as and when required
  • Maintain regular communication with trade channels and influencers, build cordial professional relationships and promote GPH Ispat
  • Prepare necessary daily, weekly, and monthly reports and submit them to senior management.
  • Any other tasks as and when required by the management
  • Assess existing dealers, maintain and develop relationships, and motivate them to enhance sales and collection
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and collection plans for a designated area and achieve Sales & Collection targets.
