• Able to work extended hours on occasion if required.
• Should be elegant, energetic & have a pleasant personality.
• You need to be proficient in English and Bengali.
• Dynamic, self-motivated, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context

• Reports to office timely and welcomes the test candidates at entrance.

• Welcoming testing candidates in a professional manner and create a comfortable, pleasant environment.

• Checking in candidates as per rules and regulations of test clients.

• Keeping all exam content information confidential and monitoring every candidate during every testing session, for the entire session.

• Maintaining exam related documents and update electronic equipment.

• Undertake exams and solve problems independently as and when required.

• Assisting Test Center Manager in running and maintaining testing systems as per policies and procedures of test providers (Prometric/ Pearson VUE).

• Maintaining AAA Members’ files in orderly manner.

• Attending any other jobs provided by the Executive Council of AAA.
