Responsibilities & Context
This job’s responsibilities are working as a professional textile auxiliary sales engineer.
- Develop potential customers in Knit Dyeing/ Woven dyeing/ Garment washing for textile chemical products, and Implement sales plans to achieve targets.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Handle orders, complaints, and technical issues.
- Analyze market trends and competitors. Collect customer feedback for product and service improvement
- Understand the features and applications of our products.
- Provide technical support and training to customers.
