Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for an experienced Ticketing & Reservation expert to join our team and enrich our travel and tourism services.
You will be responsible for national and international ticketing, booking reservation, refund, and reissue for the various clients (individuals or businesses).
The goal is to provide professional and committed reservation and ticketing services of all countries to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated client.
Expert on GDS like Amadeus, Galileo & Saber. Expert knowledge of worldwide destinations, tours, and flights.
Expert on customized itineraries to suit the clients’ preferences and budget.
Clear concepts and execution on all bookings, issue, reissue, and refund policies.
Providing up to date advice on travel regulations Liaison with travel partners, including airlines and hotels and tour operators Coordination with individuals and corporate clients.
