Requirements

Education

• Bachelor/Honors

• Professional Certification in ticketing/visa processing will be a plus

• Familiarity with GDS like Galileo

Experience

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Airline, Travel Agent, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Tour Operator
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context

Air Ticketing & Reservation: Assist clients in booking, modifying, and managing air tickets, including reissues and cancellations, through systems like Galileo.

Visa Processing: Guide clients through tourist visa applications, handle documentation, track applications, and manage timely follow-up.

Customer Interaction & Support: Address inquiries about ticketing and visa requirements in person and over the phone, while building strong client relationships.

Social Media Marketing: Post regularly on Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other platforms to inform clients about services, updates, and offers.

Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain organized records of bookings and visa applications for efficient processing and follow-up.
