Responsibilities & Context

RD Tours & Travels is a registered Travel Agency and Tour Operator of Bangladesh. The goal of our organization is to revolutionize the travel and tourism sector in Bangladesh and bring out the positive reforms to harness the new challenges faced by our country. This is a challenging position to work and rewarding role in which you have to work in engagement department to motivate our client.

Job Location : Dhaka (Fakirapool)

• Lead and guide tour groups through captivating destinations, providing insightful commentary and historical context.

• Ensure the safety and satisfaction of clients throughout the tour, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

• Provide in-depth knowledge about the destinations, including historical significance, cultural nuances, and natural wonders.

• Coordinate with Tour Operators and other team members to ensure smooth execution of tour itineraries.

• Foster a positive and engaging group dynamic, creating a memorable experience for all participants.

• Infuse tours with captivating storytelling, anecdotes, and interesting facts to keep participants engaged and entertained.

• Utilize multimedia tools (Camera, Phone), visuals, and props to enhance the tour experience and make information more engaging.

• Conduct thorough safety briefings at the beginning of each tour, highlighting emergency exits, meeting points, and contact information.

• Possess first aid knowledge and be prepared to provide immediate assistance if needed.

• Demonstrate genuine care and attentiveness towards each participant, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the tour.

Compensation & Other Benefits

• 15000 And 5% commission of revenue
