Conflict Resolution: Ensure the safety and satisfaction of travelers by addressing their needs and resolving conflicts.
Financial Oversight: Manage the tour budget, track expenses, and negotiate contracts with vendors.
Destination Insights: Conduct talks about the tour destination, sharing historical, cultural, or scientific information.
Guest Engagement: Engage with tourists, providing context and enriching their travel experience.
Professional Relationships: Maintain strong ties with vendors, airlines, hotels, and local service providers.
