Responsibilities & Context
Trip Beyond is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tour Package Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for creating, promoting, and managing tailored travel packages that cater to the diverse needs of our clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent vendor relationships, and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Sales and Promotion: Promote and sell travel packages through digital platforms, direct communication, and marketing campaigns to boost customer engagement and sales.
- Coordinate Tour Operations: Ensure the smooth execution of tours by coordinating with vendors and resolving any operational issues.
- Pricing and Budgeting: Manage package pricing, create budgets, and offer upselling opportunities for additional services such as travel insurance or visa assistance.
- Documentation: Oversee bookings, confirmations, and payment processes. Assist clients with necessary travel documentation such as visas and insurance.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain long term relationships with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
