Responsibilities

• must have computer literacy specially MS word / Excel / Photoshop / and other related functions
• knowledge about online Visa form filling (Not mandatory)
• booking flight tickets from OTA / direct portals (Not mandatory)
• Good communication skill to communicate with clients to provide travel services including flight tickets / Visa / tour packages and respond to clients via online & offline channels on time. Deal with client inquiries regarding travel services.

• Whats’app call and massage share marketing
• To receive passport, documents and payment from respective clients.
• Try to achieve sales targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all Tour and visa applications and related communications.
