Position Overview

As a Town Planner, you will play a critical role in planning and overseeing our development projects. You will work closely with our design, construction, and project management teams to ensure our projects are well-planned, compliant with regulations, and meet the needs of the communities we serve.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive town planning strategies and frameworks.
• Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies.
• Prepare and submit planning applications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local, government, and Rajuk’s rules and regulations.
• Engage with community members and local authorities.
• Monitor and report on project progress.
• Provide expert advice on urban design, land use, and sustainability.
