The job Vacancy is for the Savar plant.
Will be working with updated types of machinery, with TPM Practice.
Should have the mentality to stay with the company for a long period.

Productivity Monitoring, Specification Check.
Compare & enhance production.
Compare production according to planning and take countermeasures for deviations, if any.
Process control & floor supervision; Ensuring the smooth running of the workforce & machines.
Ability to work with Hierarchy, Co-workers & Subordinates.
Create an Environment of Continuous Improvement using Total Productive Maintenance TPM) Methodology.
Increase Monthly Performance Evaluation (MPE) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
Any other job as and when assigned by the management.
