Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, Certification in supply chain management or sustainability (e.g., GOTS/ OCS/ GRS/ RCS, RWS).

Proficient in data analysis with extensive of using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Have proactiveness and positive Attitude, ability to act with integrity.
Certification body or in sustainability domain, familiar with textile industry end to end supply chain. Good knowledge of sustainable textile materials will be a plus.
Customer focus with good oral and written communication to drive results
Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience of working with Certification Body (GRS/RCS /RWS /OCS etc.) , Transaction Certification or supply chain traceability is preferable .
You will play a key role in training and on-boarding the suppliers and providing support wherever necessary, ensuring delivery of supply chain traceability in Bangladesh to meet the BESTSELLER project requirements.
You will be required to collaborate closely with the BESTSELLER global teams and other project team members. The ability to build strong relationships with people from diverse business and cultural backgrounds is a key prerequisite.
Strong communication skills & willingness to listen with an open mind will be key to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a Traceability Specialist who want to be part of the revolution in creating sustainable and traceable supply chains in the fashion and textile industry. We are looking for high achievers who are passionate about working at the intersection of sustainability and technology and are keen on driving change in the fashion textile industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Material Traceability: Work with Textile Genesis/Bhive traceability systems for all textile materials.
Maintain detailed records of material origins, processing, and movement through the supply chain.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and brand-specific requirements for material traceability.
Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to gather necessary documentation and verify material origins through systems.
Conduct regular follow ups, audits and assessments of suppliers to ensure adherence to traceability protocols.
Provide training and support to suppliers on traceability requirements and best practices.
Data/certification Management: Manage and update Transaction certificates/databases with traceability information, ensuring accuracy and completeness in to power Bi systems.
Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement in traceability processes.
Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting traceability metrics and progress. Compliance and Standards:
Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to material traceability and sustainability.
Collaborate with the external certification bodies to address any issues or non-conformities identified during work flow.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including merchandising, material team to integrate traceability into overall business processes.
Support the Material Manager in developing and implementing strategies to enhance traceability and transparency
