- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Responsibilities & Context
- Drive and operate farm tractors for ploughing, tilling, and transporting goods/crops in Shariatpur.
- Perform basic maintenance of the tractor (oil change, filter check, tire pressure, etc.).
- Ensure safe operation and follow farm management instructions.
- Assist in loading/unloading agricultural produce and farm inputs.
- Report any mechanical problems immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the tractor.
