Requirements
Education
- MBM/MBA/ Post-Graduation in any discipline from recognized Public/Private/ Foreign University.
- At least 02 (two) 1st Class / Division or its equivalent CGPA (i.e. CGPA 3.0) with no 3rd Class/ Division or its equivalent CGPA (i.e. CGPA 2.25 out of 4.0 and CGPA 2.0 out of 5.0) in entire academic records.
- O-Level and A-Level student should input equivalent CGPA authorized by the Education Board.
Additional Requirements
Age: *Not exceeding 32 (thirty-two) years as on last date of application.
Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla.
- Adequate Computer Literacy to work in online software modules & MS Office Package.
Compensation & Other Benefits
- The selected candidate shall be on probation for a period of 1 (one) year with a monthly consolidated salary of TK. 28000/-.
- After successful completion of probationary period he/she will be absorbed as Assistant Officer in the bank with a monthly consolidated salary of TK. 39000/-.
