Education

Master of Social Science (MSS)
Minimum Graduate in any discipline preferably from Social welfare / Science, Law,
Candidates having Masters or relevant training will be preferred.
Training/ Trade Course: Having 6 months fire safety training from recognized institute

Experience

At most 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Preparing & updating all compliance-related documents/registers as per the buyer’s requirement and keeping all records of factory compliance up to date.
To face and actively participate audits like WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, C-TPAT & GSV, HIGG and other audits.
To prepare corrective action plans (CAP) against audit reports.
Actively participating and facilitating different sort of trainings like Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, Security Awareness training, etc.
Supporting departments by managing day-to-day operation of factory compliance & preparing audit data by compiling and analyzing internal and external information.
Interacting with factory floor personnel to prepare them for compliance audits and make them aware about maintaining compliance standards.
To work to ensure good health and safe environment in the workplace in all aspects of compliance including OSH, Chemical, fire and electrical.
To assist in preparing/ updating policies for compliance.
