Sub-Station work experience will be given preferable.
To prepare all types of material estimating.
Keep co-ordination with purchase department for on time material supply.
Planning, coordinating, recommending, and implementing the construction designs and work progress.
Formulating the construction & maintenance plan and determining the working priorities.
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Must have knowledge of various construction work such pilings, land development, factory building & finishing.
Must be Sincere, dedicated, target oriented & honest.
Able to work under pressure.

Ensure top supervision & Project progress as per work schedule.
Ensure quality of work & material at every phase of construction by maintaining appropriate procedures.
Study all drawing and Maintaining work accordingly.
Create detailed using Auto CAD software based on project requirements.
Work closely with engineers, project manager and other team member to understand project requirement and incorporate design change as necessary.
Effectively communicate design concepts and requirements to client’s contractors and other stakeholders.
Sound knowledge of HV/MV/LV system in power sector.
Experience in switchgear installation, cable laying & termination work is highly preferable.
Responsible for checking sub-contractor bill.
Ensure safety & security
Ensure quality of Work and construction materials.
Any other works assigned by Management.
