Responsibilities & Context

Job Context

We are looking a dynamic and responsible “Trainee Engineer/ Engineer (Mechanical)” in Maintenance Department of our Paramount Textile PLC Factory which is situated at Gilarchala, Sreepur, Gazipur. It’s a sister concern of Paramount Group.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machineries, including weaving, dyeing, and finishing machineries.
• Provide support in identifying and resolving mechanical issues through Monitoring machine performance.
• Assist in identifying and implementing energy-efficient and cost-effective solutions for mechanical operations.
• Assist seniors in implementing preventive maintenance schedules and best practices.
• Participate in routine inspections.
• Be responsible for the documentation of maintenance activities, including reports on breakdowns, and maintenance.
• Assists in ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure optimal machinery functions.
• Follow company policies and safety protocols.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
