Responsibilities & Context
- Work in a roster to cover 3 shifts per day, ensuring 24×7 service delivery.
- Maintain 24×7 communication with the top 20 ISP clients via live chat and other tools.
- Collaborate with O&M teams to provide real-time fault resolution updates to clients.
- Proactively deliver effective updates to clients to make them feel valued.
- Follow the internal escalation matrix for faster fault restoration.
- Log accurate complaint details using systems and tools efficiently.
- Prioritize client satisfaction during all the communications.
