Responsibilities & Context
- Completing all tasks set by the superior and assisting wherever possible.
- Should have fundamental knowledge regarding Gear, Cam, Cam Shaft & it’s mechanism.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Conduct shift meeting with all operators.
- Support to M/C start and M/C operation and basic maintenance work.
- Have to manage operator lunch/breaktime/dinner and support to machine operation.
- Implement 5S, TPM, KYT, activities & safety system in the production floor.
- Collect necessary chemical from warehouse and maintain record.
- Production quality ensure and production delay follow-up.
- Willing to do OT & Shifting duty.
- Shift wise must meet production target and report to superior.
- Any other task assign by the department manager.
