Responsibilities & Context
Coordination with sales & customer to collect Gmts sample.
Issue GCR & Data Sheet.
In case of no-good GCR, notice to sales, as well as customer and explain how to rectify.
Visiting customer for explain our SOP for ensure attachment and clear customer understanding (if necessary).
Update GCR Management file.
Return one piece garments sample with GCR & data sheet to customer for bulk garments follow up and keep one piece for record.
Any other task assign by the department manager.
