Responsibilities & Context
- Design, develop and maintain the selection process for recruitment purpose.
- Planning, designing & developing Job Analysis procedure for the organization as per guideline of Head of the Department.
- Conduct yearly Job Evaluation program.
- Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization’s and individual’s needs.
- Prepare various official letters/agreements/approval notes as per requirement.
- Perform on demand job assigned by HOD from time to time which is achievable, reasonable and relevant to job and legal issues also.
