Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM

Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist to collect manpower for recruitment from various sources & handling the recruitment process as per company policy/procedure.
  • To verify the recruitment related documents & age conformity. Providing orientation training to new joining employee. Locker distributing & Resister maintaining.
  • Workers problem solving. Workers personal file maintain.
  • Assist shifting transfer in payroll system.
  • Assist others colleagues. Assist to prepare salary, ML, Final settlement bills etc.
  • Assist Conveyance bill preparing, checking, verifying & forward to concern person.
  • Security duty registers checking, verifying & forward to concern person. Factory leaving time schedule place wise duty.
  • Factory closing duty / shifting duty as per schedule.
  • Assist for Preparing salary & other compensation data sheet & participant with salary distributing.
  • Verifying & updating daily attendance, late/ early attendance, exit pass, shifting etc. in the pay roll system.
  • Controlling the manpower entry & leaving at the premises.
  • Take part in disciplinary activities. Verify the absenteeism reason information for habitual absent, long absent, sick absent & take remedial action for that.
  • Take part in employee motivational activities.
  • Handling the grievance by visiting production floor & motivate them and issue warning latter for disciplinary activities.
  • Performing the canteen duty during lunch & tiffin.
  • Maintain health and safety, cleanliness procedures are maintained at all times .
  • Implement effective strategies for developing the organizational culture, manage changes, particularly to structure in positive and supportive manner.
  • To control the discipline inside the factory and coordinating the disciplinary enquiries. Maintain health and safety, cleanliness procedures.
  • Any duties & responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time, as deemed necessary.
