Requirements

Education

  • BBA / MBA in HRM.
  • Candidates having a Diploma in HRM and Social Compliance from any reputed institute will be given priority.

Experience

  • 2 to 4 years

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Work Experience as a Compliance related will highly be preferred.
  • 2 to 4 year(s) Experience or Fresher Can Apply.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Accessories.
  • Must be a good team player.
  • The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality.
  • Proficient in MS Office Package.
  • Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
  • Good inter-personal & communication skills.
  • Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management & Compliance.
  • Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 and Bangladesh Labor Rules.

Responsibilities & Context

Responsibilities:

  • To do Day-to-day general administration that include daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal & Corporate affairs.
  • To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per set Recruitment & Selection policy & Procedure and ensure that a fair recruitment is followed.
  • To maintain the employee’s Personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
  • To Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • To Maintain human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
  • Motivate, Counsel the staff to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
  • To ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer COC & legal standards.
  • To prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers as per buyer’s requirement.
  • To assist in updating all necessary license/certificates/permits
  • To arrange all kinds of meetings (Compliance Issue), and make up to date the registers.
  • To assist in ensuring a comfortable environment at the workplace.
  • Any other tasks assigned by Top management.
