- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Responsibilities & Context
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels for all products
- Receive products from suppliers or the central warehouse as per the invoice and packing list
- Maintain proper documentation of goods received and inventory adjustments
- Ensure all received products are properly barcoded and activated in the system
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate variances
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor
- Update inventory movements (receiving, transfer, adjustments) in the system accurately and on time
- Work closely with the central warehouse and procurement teams regarding delivery issues, stock shortages, or overstocking
- Prepare regular inventory reports and share with management
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
