Responsibilities & Context
- Monitoring production processes, conducting in-line and end-line inspections, and identifying defects while implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain quality reports, collaborate with production and merchandising teams to resolve issues, and assist in root-cause analysis for recurring problems.
- Participate in training sessions to understand quality standards, fabric types, and production techniques, while staying updated on industry trends and compliance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to safety and ethical practices, assist in inspecting pre-production samples, and support during buyer visits or audits.
