Overview:

RFL is a leading local conglomerate with a rich legacy of business renowned for its commitment to quality and innovation is seeking for a dedicated “Trainee Executive-Store (Accounts)” for Accounts & Store department. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Update stock levels in inventory software or ERP systems.
• Receive incoming materials and verify against purchase orders or delivery challans.
• Inspect materials for quality, quantity, and any damage.Issue materials to departments based on requisitions.
• Communicate with procurement, production, and accounts teams regarding stock availability and requirements.
• Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
