Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing and configuring software solutions at client sites
- Provide training to clients on software functionality and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients
- Conduct surveys and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate documentation of support and implementation activities
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the department
