Responsibilities & Context
1. Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure smooth and efficient operation of textile machinery and utilities.
2. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and utility equipment.
3. Prepare and maintain maintenance logs, reports, and RCM-based records.
4. Ensure effective spare parts management and maintain cost control.
5. Monitor energy usage and improve machine and system efficiency.
6. Prepare and update BOQ and maintenance-related documentation using MS Office and AutoCAD.
7. Maintain strict safety, compliance, and environmental standards in all maintenance activities.
8. Coordinate with production and project teams to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
9. Work effectively under pressure with strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
10. Good knowledge of AutoCAD; candidates with AutoCAD proficiency will have added advantage.
11. Any others task assign by Management.
