Responsibilities & Context
- Maintain product design records, technical documents, and sample archives
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding orders, delivery schedules, and product-related inquiries.
- Maintain order records, monitor order progress and update customers on production and shipment status.
- Maintain proper documentation of inspection records and quality data.
