Additional Requirements
Knowledge of production planning and control will be an added advantage.
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel is a must.candidate need to have idea about Garment industry.
Responsibilities & Context
- Monitor and analyze production data to ensure optimal capacity utilization.
- Allocate and distribute Work-in-Progress (WIP) to different production units based on Priority SOPs.
- Collaborate with production and planning teams to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production progress and WIP allocation.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve production efficiency.
- Maintain and update MIS tools and software for accurate data reporting and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
