Responsibilities & Context

Job Context: We are seeking a dynamic future leader to join our Business Development team and contribute to the seamless operation of our online sales channels.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining the e-commerce website and provide seamless support.
• Work with the Digital Marketing team and assist in creating engaging social media content.
• Coordinate with the logistics department for product shipment issues.
• Handle Customer Relationship Management, including responding to social media queries and resolving customer issues.
• Collaborate with the accounts department and assist in preparing various financial reports.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

• The candidate will be promoted to Jr. Executive after completing the probation period.
