Requirements

Education

Bachelor of Science in Metallurgy in Public University.

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 24 years

• Candidate should have work in the Factory.
• Freshers encourage to apply.
• Experience in Aluminum Foils Packaging Plant or Conversion Unit should be preferred.
• Outstanding Communication Skill.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills.

Responsibilities & Context

We are searching for a Trainee Quality Officer (Aluminum Foils Plant) who has initiative, drive and self-motivation to take challenge to deliver high quality results in our factory.

• Follow Quality Strategy and Ensure Goals through site specific projects and targets·
• Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities·
• Investigate customer complaints & non-conformance issues and implement appropriate corrective actions·
• Ensures Quality team has level of required skills and knowledge as appropriate to support Site Quality Programs·
• Ensures Quality Management System is implemented locally to assure Customer Safety and Overall Quality of the Final Product being manufactured·
• Ensure site compliance with all local regulatory requirements related to customer safety and product quality·
• Ensure all on-site Quality laboratories operate in accordance with good laboratory practices·
• Implement program for product micron control monitoring and on-going verification to ensure regulatory compliance and reliability of label micron / weight declarations·
• Maintain system to securely record and preserve required test results, audit findings and other data and information in alignment with internal and external requirements
