For Assistant Relationship Officer (ARO) minimum of 01 Year of relevant experience is required.
Responsibilities & Context
The primary responsibilities include following up with the Distribution Sales Officer (DSO) & Distribution Acquisition Officer (DAO), ensuring visibility in the market, finding out market gaps and competition through regular market visits, monitoring and coordinating with the distributors/agents to ensure smooth operation in the market.
- Follow up with Distribution Sales Officer (DSO) & Distribution Acquisition Officer (DAO) and ensure the set target of the distribution house is achieved.
- Find out vacant areas where agent is not available and onboard them to ensure agent availability.
- Ensure company visibility in the market.
- Monitor distributor/agent stock & cash management as per the guidance by the concerned line manager.
- Daily market visit to find out service & agent gaps and collect competition information.
- Coordinate with the respective person for any sort of market and operational issues.
