Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and social media tools.
Must own a smartphone and be familiar with digital communication.
Experience in similar areas will be treated as an added advantage.

Job Location: Mainly Dhaka & Throughout Bangladesh.

Responsibilities :

Ensuring client calls, keeping visit details and collecting required
information and documents from prospective customers.
Creating, building and maintaining sustainable relationship
Preparing call report on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
Ensuring service excellence to the clients while providing services.
Generate detailed reports and presentations for internal teams and clients to communicate progress and results.

Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing)

Good communication skills
